Organic wild Maine blueberry-infused maple syrup, made with berries from our friends at Ewing Fruit Farm in Warren. The blueberries have been cooked into our wood-fired syrup and then filtered out, leaving a subtle, botanical essence behind. A great token of Maine’s terroir, complete with a hand-drawn label design influenced by the beloved children’s book Blueberries for Sal. Think yogurt, oatmeal, and super-blue blueberry pancakes. Our son’s favorite!
